Continuous Running Training

連續跑訓練通常涉及連續去跑較長的距離,Wilt(1968)更把連續跑訓練法分為兩個類別:

  1. 慢連續跑訓練法(slow continuous running training),及

  2. 快連續跑訓練法(fast continuous running training)。
