Fast Continuous Running Training
相對於慢連續跑訓練法,快連續跑訓練法會在較快速的情況下進行,於是疲勞亦會提早出現,能夠完成的距離也會隨之而下降。跑的強度應該能夠提升運動員的心率至最高心率的85至95%(Fox等,1993)。快連續跑練習亦較慢連續跑練習更能有效地模擬實際的比賽情況。
