Reasons of Running Injuries

正如 Anderson(n.d.),Grantham(n.d.)與 Travisano(n.d.)等所報導,中長跑(特別是長距離跑)的受傷多數屬於勞損(overuse injuries),也就是由於過度使用所致。因此,任何的身體解剖結構異常、技術錯誤和訓練計劃編排失誤,都會增加跑步受傷的機會。
