Over- tensed Muscles

跑得越多,小腿肌肉和大腿後肌會變得越緊張,這都會干擾到跑步時腿和腳的活動功能和力學。大腿後肌過緊又會影響到下背部和臀部的姿勢,繼而干擾了腳著地時的功能和力學(Roy 與 Irvin,1983)。
