Mechanisms of Imagery

直至目前為止，仍未能真正解釋得到影像訓練的機制（Dalloway，1992；Rushall，1991）。不過，在運動心理學的文獻當中，最常被引申以解釋影像訓練的機制之理論包括：（1）心理神經肌肉理論，和（2）符號學習理論。
